Judge Steven T. O’Neill has declared a mistrial in Bill Cosby’s sexual assault case Saturday, after the 12 jurors ended deliberation deadlocked. The case of Commonwealth vs. William Henry Cosby J centers on Cosby allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in his Philadelphia home in 2004.
